The CC PAL Admin Data Dashboard gives district and school leaders high-level visibility into implementation health, student practice metrics, and skill acquisition. Accessible via CC PAL Insight, this dashboard aggregates real-time data across schools, classrooms, and individual teachers to ensure digital practice is driving measurable learning outcomes.
How to Access the Dashboard
Follow these steps to access the Admin Data Dashboard from your Learning Portal School or District Admin account:
- Log in to your Learning Portal Admin account.
- Select the Content tab from the global navigation, then search for CC PAL.

Locate the CC PAL Insight App tile, click the three dots in the corner, and select Preview.
- Click Open, then select View Content on the CC PAL Insight app card.

Once CC PAL Insight loads, click the Admin tab located in the top navigation bar.

1. District at a Glance
The top overview cards give leaders an immediate snapshot of usage, accuracy, and program placement across the entire district:

CC PAL Usage:
- Average Sessions/Week: Tracks average student usage toward the target threshold (recommended: 3 sessions/week).
- Minutes per Session: Measures average duration per practice session (recommended: 8–10 minutes).
- Active Users: Displays total active student users within the selected timeframe.

CC PAL Accuracy % Across Skills: Color-coded accuracy tracking broken down across five core foundational skill domains: Letter Recognition, Phonics, High-Frequency Words, Word Reading, and Comprehension.
- Blue: 80% and above
- Gold: 70%–79%

Magenta: 69% and below

2. School Data In-Depth
Scroll down to access three detailed report modules that allow you to drill down into school-level, classroom-level, and teacher-level data:

Usage by School: Tracks implementation fidelity across all schools in your district.
- Filter & Search: Filter by date range or search by specific school/teacher names.
- Key Metrics: View Total Students, Active Students (count and percentage), Sessions per Week, and Minutes per Session for every school. Expanding a school row reveals individual teacher classroom data

Skills Profile by School: Provides a breakdown of skill mastery across programs for each school or classroom.
- Program Accuracy Tabs: Switch between SIPPS and Being a Reader skill profiles.
- Classroom vs. Whole School: View aggregate overall accuracy or select a specific teacher’s class to view domain-specific performance in foundational skill domains.

- Program Breakdown: View how many students are placed in specific levels within SIPPS or Being a Reader.
