Programs must be added to a class before you can administer assessments.
Add Programs to a Class
- Sign in to the Learning Portal.
- If prompted, select your Teacher role.
- Your screen will open to My Classes.
- Locate the class you want to update.
- Select Assigned Program(s).
- Select + Add Program.
- Filter by Product to view the programs available to your school or district.
- Choose the program you want to add to the class.
- Select Add.
The program will now appear in the Assigned Program(s) tab for that class.
Add or Edit Programs After Programs Have Already Been Added
After programs have already been added to a class, selecting Assigned Program(s) will open the current program resources, not the program selection screen.
To add or edit programs:
- Select Assigned Program(s) for the class.
- From the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page, select the class name.
- Select + Add Program.
- Filter by Product to locate the program you want to add.
- Choose the additional program(s) you want to add.
Tip:
If you see lessons, resources, or assessments instead of the program list, select the class name in the breadcrumb navigation at the top of the page to return to the program management screen.
Remove a Program from a Class
- Sign in to the Learning Portal.
- If prompted, select your Teacher role.
- Your screen will open to My Classes.
- Locate the class.
- Select Assigned Program(s).
- Locate the program you want to remove.
- Select Remove.
The program will no longer be available in the class.
