How It Works
Students use a username and password to sign in to the Learning Portal and access their assigned programs and activities.
These credentials are created when a student is added to a class.
Student Usernames
Each student is assigned a unique username when their account is created.
The username is used along with the student's password to sign in.
Teachers can view student usernames from the class roster.
To View a Student’s Username
- Sign in to the Learning Portal.
- Select your Teacher role.
- Your screen will open to My Classes.
- Locate the class.
- Select Roster for that class.
The student's username will appear in the “User Name” column.
Student Passwords
Student passwords are created when the student account is set up.
Passwords are hidden for security, but teachers can refresh them if needed.
Teachers may help younger students sign in by sharing their username and password.
When Students Use Their Username and Password
Students use their credentials to:
- Sign in to the Learning Portal
- Access assigned programs
- Complete assignments and activities
Tips for Teachers
- Keep a record of student usernames and passwords if students need help signing in.
- Younger students may need assistance entering their credentials.
- If a student cannot sign in, their password can be reset from the class roster.
