If you signed in but do not see your class, there are a few common reasons.
1. You Are in the Wrong Role
If you have more than one role (Teacher, School Admin or Coach, District Admin or Coach), make sure you selected the Teacher role after signing in.
Only the Teacher view shows your classes.
2. The Class Has Not Been Created Yet
In self-registration districts (non-rostered), teachers must create their own classes.
See the “How do I create a class?” article for guidance.
3. You Have Not Been Added to the Class
If someone else created the class:
- Confirm they added you as a co-teacher.
- Ask your school or district administrator to verify your assignment.
4. Rostering Has Not Synced Yet
If your district uses rostering (ClassLink, OneRoster, etc.), classes are created automatically.
If your class is missing:
- Wait for the next roster update.
- Contact your district administrator to confirm you are assigned correctly in the source system.
5. You Are Signed In to the Wrong District
If you work in more than one district or school, confirm you are logged in to the correct account.
If you have checked all of the above and still do not see your class, contact your school or district administrator for assistance.
