Organization administrators have the ability to edit a student profile, including changing a student ID number. From the Organization Admin app, select the appropriate school location from the dropdown menu in the left navigation bar. Then follow these steps:
- Select the Students tab.
- Find and select the student you would like to edit from the student table.
- The Student’s Profile will open. At the top of the page, next to the student’s name, select the pencil icon.
- Edit any of the fields as needed.
- Select Save.
Note: Changing the student ID will result in creating a NEW record for the student. Any data connected with the previous student ID will not be transferred to the new record.
