In the new Learning Portal, licenses are typically assigned at the district level. Teachers customize their home page by creating "classes" and assigning a program to each class. We suggest they create a "class" for each program or group they teach.
Admins do not need to assign licenses to teachers.
Admins can view which programs have been added to classes via the Classes tab. We can also provide information upon request related to teacher usage, etc. Contact support@collaborativeclassroom.org with your request.
