As we prepare for the transition to our new Learning Portal on July 1, 2026, please be aware that current student assessment data will not automatically transfer to the new platform. This change allows us to introduce a significantly more sophisticated assessment and reporting system for the upcoming school year.
To support your transition, we are offering a one-time data export: "Latest Student Placement Levels and Mastery Test Results." This report will provide the essential data points needed to hit the ground running in SIPPS and Small-Group Reading this fall.
How to request your data: Please email support@collaborativeclassroom.org with the subject line "Data Export Request" to receive your Data Export. You can request this export for your own class, a whole grade level, or a whole school.
We recommend making this request after administering your last Mastery Test and before the end of the current school year to ensure you have your records ready for your 2026–2027 class setup.
