How do I update my name or email address?

Update Your Name

You can update your first and last name from your profile.

1. Select your profile icon.
2. Choose Profile.
3. Select Edit.
4. Update your first and/or last name.
5. Select Save.

Your name will update immediately on the platform.

Update Your Email / Username

Your email address (username) cannot be changed from your profile.

To update your email address:

• Contact your school or district administrator for assistance.

Note for SSO Users: If your district uses ClassLink, Clever, Google, Microsoft, or another SSO provider, your email/username is managed by your district and must be updated there.
