If you’re having trouble signing in to the Learning Portal, follow the steps below.
Start at: https://ccclearningportal.org/
Step 1: Make sure you’re using the correct sign-in method.
There are two ways teachers sign in:
I sign in with an email and password.
Use this if you:
- Activated your account from an email, or
- Created your account using an school access code
Enter your email and password on the sign-in page.
I sign in through my district (SSO).
Use this if you normally:
- Click the Learning Portal from your district portal (ClassLink, etc.), or
- Select Sign in with Google / Microsoft / ClassLink
You will not reset your password in the Learning Portal.
Your district manages your password.
If you’re unsure which method to use, contact your district or school administrator.
Step 2: Choose the issue that matches what you’re seeing.
My password is not working.
- Go to https://ccclearningportal.org/.
- Select Sign in.
- Select Forgot password?
- Follow the email instructions to set a new password.
Then return to the sign-in page and try again.
I didn’t receive the password reset or activation email.
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
If you still don’t receive the email, contact your district administrator or Collaborative Classroom Support.
My reset or activation link expired.
For security, these links are time-limited.
To get a new one:
- Return to the sign-in page.
- Select Forgot password? (for password resets), or
- Request a new activation email from the expired-link screen
I use SSO but I’m being asked for a password.
You may be on the wrong sign-in method.
Go back to https://ccclearningportal.org/ and:
- Select your district’s SSO option, or
- Launch the Learning Portal from your district portal
If the problem continues, contact your district administrator.
I can sign in, but something looks wrong.
Examples:
- You don’t see your classes.
- You don’t see your programs.
- You’re in the wrong role.
Try:
- Open your Profile.
- Select Switch Roles.
- Choose the Teacher role.
If the expected role is not available, contact your district or school administrator.
Step 3: Still can’t sign in?
Contact your district or school administrator first.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
- Your district name
- The email address you used to sign in
- How you normally sign in (SSO or email + password)
- A screenshot of the error message (if you see one)
