To create your new Learning Portal account, you will either receive an activation email or a School Access Code.
If your district uses Single Sign-On (SSO) (for example, ClassLink, Clever, Google, Microsoft), you should sign in using your district’s SSO option instead and do not need to activate your account through email or with a School Access Code.
To Activate Your Account via an Activation Email
- Open the activation email from: noreply@content2classroom.com Subject line: “Collaborative Classroom: Activate your new Learning Portal account.”
- In the email, select Activate My Account.
- You will be taken to the Registration page.
- Confirm or enter the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Username/Email
- Create your password.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters
- Enter your password again in the Confirm your password field.
- Select Submit.
Your account is now activated and ready to use. You can sign in anytime at: https://ccclearningportal.org
If you did not receive an activation email, you may have received a School Access Code. This process is used for self-registration districts that are not using Single Sign-On (SSO).
If your district signs in using SSO (for example, ClassLink, Clever, Google, Microsoft), you should use your district’s SSO sign-in option instead of creating an account with a School Access Code.
To Create Your Account with a School Access Code
- Go to the Learning Portal sign-in page.
- Select Sign Up.
- In the Self-Registration window, enter the following information:
- Access code (provided by your district or school administrator)
- First name
- Last name
- Username/email
- Create your password.
- Passwords must be at least 8 characters.
- Enter your password again in the Confirm your password field.
- Select Submit.
Your account will be created and you can begin using the Learning Portal. You can sign in anytime at: https://ccclearningportal.org
To Sign In with Single Sign-On (SSO)
Use this method if your district uses ClassLink, Clever, Google, Microsoft, or another SSO provider.
You may log in using one of two ways:
From Your District Portal
- Open your district’s portal (for example, ClassLink).
- Select the Collaborative Classroom application.
From the Learning Portal Login Page
- Go to: https://ccclearningportal.org
- Select Sign in with your district’s SSO provider.
- Follow your district’s authentication process.
If your district uses SSO, you should not need to enter a separate password for the Learning Portal.
