If you sign in with an email address and password, you can reset your password at any time from the login page.
If you sign in using Google, Microsoft, ClassLink, or another district SSO, your password is managed by your district and cannot be reset in the Learning Portal. Contact your district administrator for help.
Option 1: Reset Your Password from Your Profile (when you are signed in)
- Select your profile icon.
- Choose Profile.
- Select Change Password.
- Enter your new password and confirm.
- Select Save.
Your new password takes effect immediately.
Option 2: Reset Your Password from the Login Page (if you are locked out)
- Go to https://ccclearningportal.org/.
- Select Sign in.
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter the email address you use for your account.
- Check your email for the password reset message.
- Open the email and select the reset link.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
You can now sign in using your new password.
Didn’t receive the reset email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address.
- Wait a few minutes and try again.
Password reset link expired?
Password reset links are time-limited for security.
If your link expires:
- Return to the login page.
- Select Forgot password?
- Request a new reset email.
If you still can’t sign in:
Make sure you are using the correct sign-in method:
- Email + password
or - Your district’s SSO option
If the issue continues:
- Contact your district or school administrator for assistance.
