MTSS guidance drives critical tiered-instruction decisions.
Being a Reader guidance is available in three places:
- Instructional Resources → MTSS card, which contains three documents: the MTSS alignment doc, the UDL doc, and the new grade-level specific considerations document. This document consolidates all grade level guidance, organized by unit and week.
- Unit level — if a given unit has MTSS considerations, the unit's own MTSS card contains the specific guidance for that unit (e.g., Unit 1/Week 1 = "reactivate prior foundational skills learning").
- Lesson Flow — the same unit/week-specific guidance also appears as the last card in the Lesson Flow sequence.
SIPPS guidance can be found within the Instructional Resources card. Select Instructional Resources, then select the MTSS card. The MTSS card includes a K–5 Considerations document.
