Why does the assignment feature say my start date should be after classroom start date?

When assigning an assessment or activity, the system forces you to choose a start and end date. If you see a message that says, "Start date should be after classroom start date," go to Class Settings on your class card and verify the start date of the class. You are able to manually edit this if needed.
