To ensure access to our resources, we recommend whitelisting Collaborative Classroom domains within your network and email systems. This guide will walk you through the basic steps to whitelist our domains.
Collaborative Classroom Domains:
- ccclearningportal.org (Learning Portal Platform)
- collaborativeclassroom.org (Collaborative Classroom Website)
- collabcoach.org (Collaborative Coach Platform)
- public.cdn.ccclearningportal.org (Videos & Resources)
- cdn.ccclearninghub.org (Videos & Resources)
- lp-content.ccclearningportal.org (Videos & Resources)
-
studentbooks.cdn.ccclearningportal.org (Book Checkout)
- firebasestorage.googleapis.com/v0/b/bookroom-bf3a0.appspot.com (BookRoom App)
Step 1: Whitelist Network Domains
- Access your firewall or network security settings: If your network blocks external domains by default, you’ll need to add our domains to an allowlist (whitelist).
- Add our domains to the allowlist: Input our domains into the allowlist to allow access to our website and resources. This step ensures our content and tools are accessible without issues.
Step 2: Whitelist Email Domains
- Access your email security settings: Most email services, like Gmail, Outlook, and others, allow you to add domains to a whitelist to prevent emails from being flagged as spam.
- Add our domains: Locate the option to add domains or trusted senders, and enter our domains one by one. This step will ensure emails from us go directly to your inbox and avoid any spam filtering.
