Students may receive Collaborative Classroom program instruction from multiple teachers. When setting up ClassView Pro there are two options for student management:
- The homeroom teacher can share the student with other co-teachers or other instructors. Sharing a student gives the co-teacher access to the student’s past work and assessment results and allows the co-teacher to add that student to their class and administer new assessments for them. For more information on sharing students, reference the Apps tab of the Learning Portal > ClassView Pro Tutorial > Sharing Students.
- A student can be enrolled in more than one Class at a time. Dual enrolling a student is ideal when multiple teachers will be working with the student for longer periods of time. When adding a student to your class who is already enrolled in a different class, be certain that you have the correct student ID. The student ID is the key identifying feature for a student and ensures that multiple different entries for the same student are not created. For information on adding existing students to your class, reference the Apps tab of the Learning Portal > ClassView Pro Tutorial > Add Existing Students to Your Class.
