For teachers:
- From the left navigation on the home page, select Students. If you have students, they will appear on your screen.
- Find and select the student you would like to edit.
- The Student Profile will open. On the top right of your screen, select the pencil icon to edit. Here you may:
- Edit Grade Level
- Edit Class and/or Group
- Select Save.
You can update the grade for all students in a class through CSV import. View instructions in the ClassView Pro Tutorial.
For Org Admins:
- Go to the Organization Admin chiclet on your Learning Portal Apps tab.
- Select a school location from the left navigation, then select the Students tab.
- You will see all students who have been entered for that school. Use search to find the student you are looking for, then select the pencil icon to edit the student's profile, including grade.
