ClassView Pro is used to view assigned digital assessments, complete student submissions or to administer assessments.
On the Learning Portal, assessments (and activities, student texts, etc.) are “assigned” to students using the "Assignment" function. Locate an assignment from the Assignments tab, then select Go to ClassView Pro.
If you are viewing an assessment, click on the circled i icon next to the assessment title to see Interpretation guidance.
Just below the title is a reminder of the type of assessment.
Next is the class you are working with.
Finally, note the three tabs just below the assessment title.
ClassView Pro Views
Summary: Each row in this view shows you the assignment of this assessment to a specific student (and if applicable, multiple assignments of this assessment to the same student). Note the three options for reporting: Grades to Reports, Grades to Students, and Students Can Review. The default setting you will see were chosen specifically for that assessment or assignment by Collaborative Classroom, but you can choose to change any of them.
Details: In this view, you can review the student’s scores and answers for each question of the assessment. The document icon indicates that you can review the entire assessment; click on the eye icon in the specific student’s row to see their assessment. The rest of the columns allow you to look at each question in the assessment; hover over the icon at the top of the column to see which question it shows.
Standards: This view allows you to see how the questions align to standards. It is under construction.
