This guide will walk you through connecting your Online Courses to a class in the new Learning Portal, making it easier to access your course whenever you sign in.
Step 1: Log In to the Learning Portal
Go to the Learning Portal and log in with your account credentials. If you don't have an account yet, use this Learning Portal Guidance to create an account.
NOTE: Make sure to use the same email address you used during registration.
Select the ‘Teacher’ role. If you do not have a ‘Teacher’ role, please reach out to support@collaborativeclassroom.org for assistance.
Step 2: Go to Classes and Add a New Class
Once logged in, click "Classes" in the top navigation bar. Then, in the upper-right corner of the page, click "Add/Join Class."
Next, select "+ Add/Join Class" and click "Continue."
Step 3: Set Up Your Class
Fill in the following information for your class, then click Save to continue.
- Class Name: Professional Learning
- Start Date: Your cohort start date (for example, the July cohort begins on 07/01/2026)
- End Date: One year from your cohort start date
Step 4: Open Professional Learning Classroom
After saving, click on the lefthand side of the new class to bring you to your class dashboard.
Step 5: Add a Program
Click on "Add Programs" to continue setting up your class.
Step 6: Search for and Select Online Courses
In the search bar, type "Online Courses." When it appears in the results, click the checkmark next to it to select it, then click "Save."
Step 7: Open and View Your Program
Click "Open" to access your class.
Then click "View Content" to launch Online Courses and begin your professional learning.
You're all set!
Online Courses are now added to your Learning Portal account. You can return to it anytime by logging in, navigating to Classes, and clicking on your "Professional Learning" class.
