How do I add a co-teacher to my class?

You can add another teacher to your class by sharing the Co-Teacher Access Code. When the teacher uses this code, they will be added to the class as a co-teacher.

Find the Co-Teacher Access Code

1. Sign in to the Learning Portal.
2. If prompted, select your Teacher role.
3. Your screen will open to My Classes.
4. Locate the class.
5. Select Roster for that class.

The Co-Teacher Access Code appears on the right side of the roster page.

Share the Code

Send the Co-Teacher Access Code to the teacher you want to add.

They will use this code to join the class as a co-teacher.

Refresh the Co-Teacher Access Code

If needed, you can generate a new code.

1. Go to the Roster page for the class.
2. Locate the Co-Teacher Access Code.
3. Select Refresh.

A new code will be generated for the class.

Notes

• The teacher must already have a Learning Portal account to join the class.
• Refreshing the code will create a new code for future use, but it will not remove teachers who have already joined.
