Where to Access CC AI Assistant
Look for the widget on the bottom right corner of your Learning Portal page.
How It Works
There are several ways you can engage with CC AI.
- Add Programs- This button will be the only button you see if you have not added a program to a class yet. Click the button and follow the instructions to get set up!
- Program Walkthroughs- This button provides you overview videos for how to navigate the Learning Portal as well as an overview of your physical materials. Choose your program, then select the video you need.
- Get Resource Link- This button provides you a link to a resource on the Learning Portal. Select a program then type in the name of the resource you are looking for. Respond to the clarifying questions, if prompted.
- Planning Support- This button provides you an overview of a selected lesson that includes everything you need to gather, as well as what the lesson is all about.
- Leadership Assistant- This button only appears for those who have a leader role and can provide you with guidance related to program implementation, coaching, collaborative planning, learning walks, data review and more.
- Ask a Question- This field allows you to simply ask any question you may have.
CC AI Tips:
- If you want to change topics or ask about something completely different, use the track can icon so that CC AI can give you a fresh response.
- To view any announcements still currently active, select the Announcements button on the top right.
- To opt in or opt out of the CC AI window auto-populating upon log in, select the Settings icon in the upper right.
