When all students have had a turn as the Spotlight Student, consider the suggestions below:
• Have another round of Spotlight Student conversations. If you have a larger class, you could do two students each week.
• Shift the focus to the school staff and conduct a "Secret Staff Member" Wednesday Morning Circle to build the schoolwide community as students learn about more of the adults who work in their school.
• Revisit some of your students' favorite Morning Circle activities on Wednesdays.
