Weekly Class Assessments are designed to assess the social performance of the whole class. They provide opportunities for you to randomly observe students interacting during Morning Circle/Advisory meetings and throughout the day. These observations help you make informed decisions about how to adjust your teaching in response to students' learning and behavior.
Look for these assessment opportunities in the "Things to Do This Week" section of the Week's Overview in the Teacher's Manual. Use the "Class Assessment Record" sheet (found in the Assessment Resource Book) to record your observations.
