The Enhanced Plan is available, for a nominal fee per location, for districts that require any of the below services. Please reach out to your Collaborative Classroom representative if you are interested in purchasing the Enhanced Plan for your district.
Roster Management
Collaborative Classroom offers roster management via CSV file transfer to our SFTP server. These transfers are tracked on the Organization Admin application. To access these records select SIS Process in the left navigation bar.
Note that sending your users (accounts) file through roster management does not auto-provision the account in the Learning Portal. All accounts must use one of our methods for registration.
To configure the Learning Portal to accept single sign-on from your IDP, please contact support@collaborativeclassroom.org.
Single Sign-On
Single sign-on (SSO) simplifies teacher access and streamlines Learning Portal login by leveraging teacher accounts on district or third-party systems. We currently support the following single sign-on methods:
- ClassLink
- Microsoft ADFS
- SAML
- OAuth (OIDC)

Sandbox
Although rarely needed, we offer a sandbox environment for testing. This is a completely separate Learning Portal environment for specific use cases. To speak to someone about or request a Sandbox environment, please contact support@collaborativeclassroom.org.
