Roster Management
Collaborative Classroom offers roster management via CSV file transfer to our SFTP server.
Note that sending your users (accounts) file through roster management does not auto-provision the accounts in the Learning Portal. All accounts must use one of our methods for registration.

Single Sign-On
Single sign-on (SSO) simplifies teacher access and streamlines Learning Portal login by leveraging teacher accounts on district or third-party systems. We currently support the following single sign-on methods:
- ClassLink
- Microsoft ADFS
- SAML
- OAuth (OIDC)

District-Wide Reporting
Learning Portal Reporting is our latest addition to the suite of products. Although in its infancy, this product will continue to grow over time. Enhanced reporting facilitates a 360-degree view of student- and district-level data. By bringing together all assessment data, Conference Notes summaries, and social skills summary views, enhanced reporting enables you to aggregate data across grade levels for multiple schools quickly.
Sandbox
Although rarely needed, we offer a sandbox environment for testing. This is a completely separate Learning Portal environment for specific use cases. To speak to someone about or request a Sandbox environment, please contact support@collaborativeclassroom.org.
