If your Learning Portal account has been registered and activated via email, you should be able to reset your password from the login page of the Learning Portal: https://ccclearningportal.org/.
If the reset password email is not reaching your inbox or you are getting an error message that "Only your Administrator can reset your password" it is likely you have not yet activated your account or set a password. Please see article: How do I activate my Learning Portal account?
