Create a Learning Portal account using your district-issued registration email and following the steps here: http://join.ccclearningportal.org/. This document shows you how to fill out the registration steps.
Once your account is registered, you will receive an activation email with the subject line “Welcome to the Learning Portal!” The email will allow you to activate your account and set a password. (Note that this is a one-time activation.)
Next you will receive an email confirming that you are set up and can log in to the Learning Portal: https://ccclearningportal.org/. Once logged in, select Licenses under your name dropdown in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen and claim your resources. Refresh your browser and select the Resources tab to find your materials.
