A trial for a given grade/level of a program is not renewable. When your trial expires, the program icon for that grade/level will no longer be displayed on the CCC Learning Hub home page. Also, you can no longer access its online resources and other digital components. However, one or more of the following options may apply to you.
1 - Your school or district has purchased the program grade or level in question, and you now have a classroom package in your possession. You can switch from a trial to licensed version as follows.
- On the home page of the CCC Learning Hub (after you've logged in), select your name at the top right, and select Profile.
- On the Profile page, click Licenses, then the tab for the appropriate program.
- Check the box in the right hand column (Claim License) for the row associated with the appropriate grade/level, then select [Save and Exit].
3 - If it is helpful, you may be able to start a trial for a different grade/level of the program, provided you did not previously trial that grade/level. Follow the first two steps in option 1 to open your Profile and select the program and grade from the left hand (Start Trial) column for the row associated with the appropriate grade/level, then select [Save and Exit].
If you believe there are extenuating circumstances that merit consideration for a renewal, you can either:
- Contact your CCC representative.
- Contact us via email. Please provide an explanation as to why an extension is needed. Note that it may take up to two weeks for you to receive a response regarding such a request.
