Reporting Errors and Issues
If you are using one of our digital products, click the help icon (?) typically located in the header or footer. This takes you to the knowledge base at support.collaborativeclassroom.org. Click "contact us" at the bottom of the page, complete the form, and submit. When you submit a new request, include as much information as you can, especially the wording of the error message, your location within the Learning Hub when you received the error message, and what you were attempting to do.
